Nova Co-Living began with a simple frustration: why does renting in a city have to feel like a compromise?

We are a design-led co-living brand based in the North East of England. We build and operate studio residences where the private space is genuinely comfortable — your own front door, your own bathroom, good acoustics, proper storage — and the shared spaces are places you actually want to spend time.

Every building is designed with the same care you would expect from a boutique hotel: warm materials, considered lighting, furniture that belongs, and layouts that work. But this is not a hotel. It is your home — managed by a small team who know your name, handle the details, and keep the building running quietly and well.

We believe a well-run building changes how your day feels. A lobby you are proud to walk through. A rooftop where you watch the sun set over the city. Neighbours you chose to live alongside. That is what we are building.
